The jacket is made of 2 different fabrics. On the front and sleeves, we used a zero-wind fabric. On the back, there’s an elastic, thermal, breathing fabric that helps with ventilation. It’s also warm and soft in touch, thanks to a microfiber inner finish.
For what conditions is the jacket designed?
- Worn on the base layer, it’s for 4-8 *C (depending on wind and your preferences)
- If you wear it as a third layer you can use it around 0 *C
The jacket has a fitted cut. Sleeves are long, so you can hide them under the gloves.
The collar is high, there are 5 pockets on the back (including one with a zipper).

The kit worked great. It took three days for the bibs to fit me perfectly. They didn’t wear-out even though they weren’t washed. Also, the pad did not change its structure. The jersey was perfect, especially in the heat and moisture.
So it fits well, and looks great, so how does it feel? Well the current heatwave in the UK has made testing particularly easy and I was expecting to finish a tough and hot ride with a jersey clinging at me and annoyingly damp with sweat. Instead what I had was a jersey that was light, breathable, and capable of getting the moisture away from me quickly. Impressive stuff.
Jerseys are made of three different materials. In front, with increased wind proofing, breathable on sides and fast-drying back. (…) In 2017 AM Cycling is going to create full range of cycling apparel. We are looking forward to see it.
